Stone Creek Resorts Breaks Ground on Cadence Pond at Silvertip Resort

Construction begins on 70-unit residential project

CANMORE, Alta. — August 18, 2026 — Stone Creek Resorts has officially broken ground on Cadence Pond, a 70-unit residential condominium project at Silvertip Resort, marking the start of the next phase of the Silvertip master plan. Construction begins, reflecting strong demand for mountain residential ownership in Canmore.

Located alongside the 6th hole of Silvertip Golf Course, Cadence Pond joins an established community that combines resort living, golf and year-round mountain recreation. The groundbreaking ceremony was attended by resort leadership, municipal and project partners and invited guests, formally marking the transition from sales to construction.

Cadence Pond is expected to reach completion in the second quarter of 2028, with construction proceeding in coordination with Calgary-based Traugott Construction.
