Silvertip Resort proudly welcomes acclaimed Executive Chef Kevin Bourdages, bringing a celebrated culinary reputation, fresh vision and renewed energy to our mountain home.
Raised in Quebec with a deep respect for seasonal, place-driven cuisine, Chef Kevin began his career at Montreal’s renowned Le Pied de Cochon and was later part of the opening team at L’Atelier, the Montreal restaurant of legendary Michelin-starred chef Joël Robuchon. He went on to hone his craft at iconic Bow Valley destinations including the Post Hotel and leading Fairmont properties. Widely respected in the local culinary community, his arrival brings an inspired new creative direction shaped by the Canadian Rockies and a passion for approachable, local cuisine.
