As a visitor from England I’ve got to say this is up there with one of the best golf courses I’ve played. The staff were excellent from the pro shop , cart & rental club & starter guys very friendly & helpful.
Course was in great condition, fairways, greens , tee box’s excellent. Greens fast with plenty of slopes & a challenge to putt well.great layout with plenty of variation of holes to test the best of golfers. & the highlight of the course is the stunning views every hole just got better as the round went on. It's a beautiful golf course, full of long drives through the wilderness and hikes to get your ball if you don't get the perfect shot. The views are stunning and the course conditions are fantastic.

We visited Silvertip Resort for lunch and what a beautiful spot! Sitting out on the terrace surrounded by the incredible Rocky Mountain scenery was the real highlight. The views are absolutely spectacular and make for a very relaxing and memorable lunch. It’s a fantastic place to sit back, enjoy some good food and take in the amazing scenery around Canmore. We had our wedding here but also played a round of golf. Tara and Macy were great with communication and were fun and easygoing. They helped put us at ease when planning our wedding, and were great at addressing our (probably hundreds) of questions! The venue was incredibly beautiful and memorable, especially with the cafe lighting, and the food was outstanding. We received many compliments from guests all around. This course was stunning. We came up for the weekend to do a golf trip for my husband’s birthday and he had a wonderful time. The course was well maintained, challenging to be sure, but we enjoyed that aspect. The carts were quite nice, and we enjoyed the scenic drives in between holes. We even got to see a wolf pup! The pro shop was well stocked and staff friendly.  We had a blast, and hope to come back and play on a day that isn’t quite as rainy!

Took advantage of their $109 nine and dine special. The golf course earned a 5 star, it is in great conditions with stunning views.  However, the food took over 30 minutes to come out and I had to check with our server for the food ETA. Due to this, instead of having enough time to get ready and we missed our opportunity to warm up at the range, instead, we had to rush for to tee off.

Silvertip is such an incredible venue to film at. The mountain views really are hard to beat, and there are beautiful backdrops in basically every direction. We loved how easily the day flowed between the different spaces and how much variety we were able to capture without needing to travel elsewhere for portraits. The reception space is also gorgeous on camera, especially with all of the windows and surrounding mountain scenery. Always such a beautiful Canmore wedding venue!
